About Myself

I was born in  China and lived in Beijing as a child. When I was 12, my family immigrated to Canada. I attended my secondary school in Vancouver. For my college education, I decided to go to States. I chose a pretty good liberal art college in Philadelphia (at random), and began my glorious college life here at Haverford every since.

I like the color blue. Sometimes listen to popular music or play some sports (such as basketball, badminton, or running). Most of the times, though, I stay in my room and do stuff on my computer, whether it be reading manga/watching anime, playing game (DotA), doing homework for college, reading (online) novels, or other stuff.

Indeed, those are the stuff I write about in my blogs. I am definitely going to publish posts regarding manga, anime, and books from time to time…

  1. Hi!

I was wondering if you’d be interested in participating in a manga blogging tourney based on the Olympics.

If you’d like more info about it you can check out our post at [http://mangaweekend.wordpress.com/2013/05/09/manga-weekend-hosts-manga-olympics-for-bloggers-mob-springsummer-2013-2/]
Or you could e-mail us at mangaweekend[at]gmail.com if you want to find out more about it!

    Thank you for your time!

    1. Yeah, you got a point. I know another person who is also an Asian anime blogger: Animenz (he’s a musician/& does piano transcriptions)
      Here’s his Website/Blog: http://animenz.wordpress.com/about-2/
(Note: He doesn’t “update” his blog anymore, now-a-days. Right now, he mainly posts “updates” through his “facebook-page”, I think.)

  2. Oh, wow, another Vancouverite! (Well, former, but still). I love your reviews, and saw you had a couple for fantasy books instead of anime. As it’s kind of rare to stumble on someone who likes both mediums, I was wondering if you would take a review request? I have no time limit (get to it whenever) and the series is somewhat JRPG-inspired.

    1. hmm.. i might, but I don’t really play that many JRPGs though… only a few including trails of the sky series.

I still live in Vancouver a couple months each year 😀
